Yet, we do not provide the alternative to return orders as we produce personalized printed products that are customized to your requirement.

Policy for Cancellation/Refund

We endeavor to deliver your order to you at the earliest. We deals in customized products so cancellation/refund is not possible after placing an order. If the order cannot be processed due to any unavoidable circumstances, then the rewards points will be refunded to customer’s Printmate.in account which can be redeemed for the next order. One reward point = One Rupee.

Printmate.in tries it’s best to ensure that you will receive your products in perfect condition. In case you receive a damaged product or the tattered clothes, please e-mail us a picture of the same within 1 day on [email protected] with your order/invoice number clearly stated in the e-mail or texts. We will respond to you within the next 24 hours via e-mail and guide you whether you need to send the product back to us or we will just be sending you a replacement.
